Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank confirmation. Depending on the distance of the delivery address, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Delivery times for specially produced products vary depending on the manufacturing time. Delivery information and times for such products are stated on the product pages.

If there is a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be refunded to him.
